Why every business needs a budget

EPISODE 5

Notes

Do you have a budget in your business?

In this episode, I’m going to discuss everything you need to know about budgeting and why you need one in your business. When starting out, we’re often just fumbling our way through for a while but this isn’t an approach that will benefit your business in the long run.

I’ll explain how to create a budget, types of budgets, what you should include in your budget, timeframes, and how to measure your business. I’ll give you examples of all of the types of expenses you can incur so you can build a comprehensive picture of how your business is doing.

Once you’ve formally created a financial plan for your business, you’re much more likely to achieve your goals and succeed.
